To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase will not exceed the greater of:
1. The amount you paid to Milevale for the applicable purchase giving rise to the claim; or
2. US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Milevale will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen events.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
23. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
